Perhaps Jagex should look at how to ensure that only individuals are trying to log into the game, at least it makes the job a lot harder for hackers since they will need to either develop new bots or assault accounts manually.

I concur their service system stinks. The hacker was trying for 5 or 6 times to break to his accounts but they don't understand the retrieval email, password or the authenticator. His account is also now locked because of too many login attempts. When he detected in his email that which happened he transferred his riches to another protected accounts, but has been not able to play for days in fear they end up getting into his maxed account. He has also tried everything on the website and twitter and no help yet.
